I am not expecting that you are perfect, I know that everyone Fail. AI Fail, Gods Fail, God Fail, everyone Fail. Therefor, we care to think that, even if we fail, we can become better. Like AI can become, like all humans can become, like the idea of God/s become better over Time…
An interesting analysis about AI ability to do things “correcly” with a minor % of failure have a “Space Zone”, where the First ( ---- 40% ---- ) of “Intelligence usage”, is really Good and after that % is really bad.
Even if we are not Machines, there is something common here to most humans in “production mode” on History (more than 240.000 years of History )
Some places in Europe, like Sweeden, they only require workers to work 5 hours per day and giving 1 day of delay to continue to work. So, in countries like this one, where the conscience of Productivity is High, a common worker, works Monday, Wensday, Friday, Sunday, Thusday, Saturday… (Loop)
What they found is that, Productivity becomes High Quality for all kind / categories of works.
Only those persons who “Fall in Love” with some subject, are able to be productive for Long Time.
You can think as an example myself. I pass several hours preparing our project, thinking about all the possibilities, the good and the bad, describing it the best I could in documents, and I am still willing to do more, because I “Fall in Love” with the Idea that I need to build something related to my main project. Without this “illusion” that I need it, I wouldn’t !!

In known and “obvious” that in the condition of “need”, or by illusion or by concrete conditions, everyone can do much more than those 5 hours per day… but even if both conditions are guided by an illusion, the first one is “natural” and the second one is imposed.
That is how Slavery and human/animal explotation become useful. But yeah, the difference between all those who are victim of that condition is, on those who feel the desire to become better.
Those will work hard to become better and all others, will try to refuse, suffuring more than the ones that embrace that painful path to archive some gold.
Psychology… Pure Psychology… and maybe the KEY on Humanity evolution ….
