Sometimes I like to see what Linux/BSD distros Distrowatch update and few posts before, I just said that not all Linux distros add something new to them, but personalize what they can, giving new colors to the GUI. Some of them are dedicated to Offensive Security and others to Defensive Security which is what Security is about at the end of all. Defensive creates Security.
Anyway, Nixovena is a group of people that made different Linux distros with different objectives, which is a sign of Creativity. So, I will test their Almighty distro that looks pretty good for privacy/security in the web, the LengToolKit which looks like a Rescue/Repair Linux distro, which I always like to have in case of having to deal with those kind of problems, the HardenWing that looks like a Defensive Security dedicated approach and the Fishy distro that is optimized for old/legacy machines. I don't know if I will test the OverKill version, since I don't like to Kill anything at all, while sometimes is necessary, when is only... Software! (I like those Neon Colors)
SOS aka Security Onion Solutions is as well a Defensive Linux distro and naturally I will test it and write about my experience. Check their Website and read more about them. But there are more distros that dedicate to something more than the OS it self. While most try to change the GUI aspect of Distros, some others share something more which is what I like, after more than 30 years of Linux experience.
This is not AI alucinations
We can say that the Defensive is like the Dark while the offensive is like the Light, just to follow what I express few post ago. In that perspective the "Bad" Red Team are the representants of the Light [Since they can exploit vulnerabilities and therefor (share knowledge that is useful) to the "Good" Blue Team that is always stressing to live a life in Peace.]
Think about those who pass their lifes yelling to live in peace. Those where seen as being the Dark, mainly to Industry and Business in General. The criminal ones.. Another common aspect is that in reality and in the Web, there are many groups of each, while I am glad that the Dark always win in Numbers, since the majority of people of this world, in all Eras of it's History, they only wish to live in Peace. Is only about Morality.
Discrimination of Information can be useful, while sometimes... Can be Destructive.
