A different kind of Friend is what Cats are.
I mean, some friend told me that I was needing a cat, so she took me to some place that offer cats. Now can you imagine a big room full of little boxes everywhere, with cats inside? Which one you is your choice? That is how I felt. So I get closer to most of them, while all step away when I was close, I didn't chose them. But this one try to "attack" me. I mean, was not an attack but a "touch me" approach, is what I interpret.
New Home, and the first day already have access to the garden. It doesn't matter if is raining, the Cat needs to walk a bit and enjoy Life, away from a Prison... He goes and he comes back. I don't know, how or why, but since I can try to explain the answer could be in the Tiger. ;)
If the Cat can differenciate between who is "good" or who is not, I need to assume that at least Cat have Freedom
