Life in any prison in the world should be like this... But wait a moment, let me explain why before anything else. Your life as a Person that is Free ( not inside a Jail/Private Collage or Prison ) you can do what you like to do in your free time, while you need to work to pay everything you "own". A place to sleep and eat, the food and all the small things that we need. All of that cost money, but if you work, you find that you can have some Free Will of Choice, to buy an object or a service, to enjoy some experience like traveling around the world. That is what Economy give to all.
So, inside a Jail/Prison, persons start their day very early (like most people do outside prison), but since they are in a "correction flow", they need to have all kind of activities that ocuppy all their time, with sports, studing, working, without geting a single coin, since all those coins that they could get by working, would be used to pay what all others need to pay outside prison. No Addictions, No Drugs, no Time to Relax, if not only, when they are moving from one activity to the other. Is like being in School. You wake up early, you present yourself to many and start working, studing and playing with all others, while here they should not play at all. Maybe we can implement a "dedicated time to users have fun saying what every they wish to say, outside all the other activities they need to do to "survive", which means: Pay for everything they have, while being excluded from society where "freedom of choice" exist.
In this "Fair Prison", you can only improve yourself to develop new skills in the intelectual level and in the practical level. You can fight against objects, and subjects, not against people in any circunstance. Prisons should have one single Law that they may like. In case that a person use Violence against anyone, Violence can be used against that person. Even if I don't agree with the approach, it looks fair, since the person have no violence against him/her self, before using violence first. Even than, when I mean, "this person allow the guards to use violence against this person", I don't wish to mean anything about abuse or turture, but only the same "old control" of normal behavior inside the prison, that react agressivly or violently (a public slap in the face, which include the sense of humiliation in front of all others) before the demonstration that Guides to what should this person behave. But yeah, the objective in all different levels improve without being unfair, while what is (unfair) can exist to those who where first unfair to others.
Writing or Painting is important as an exercise of Abstraction and creativity development, or even rational development, while goes into the Logic area that everyone should develop too. Music is important as an exercise of Focus and Synchronization to create that sense of Union between those who play music, while giving them more space to dream, since Music is Sound and Sound creates the envirement and condition of choice. Moments of Silence should exist too, in all moments that doubts or problems they are facing don't exist. [the moment of freedom is only spiritual or intelectual]. Physical Exercise is what children do all the time, and therefor persons inside Jails/prisons, should do the same. Reading is an important part for almost everything, so persons who are in the prison should read a lot and learn how to think about what they read, to question what they read, to question reality, to describe possible improvements for any kind of "problem" they are able to think how to solve that problem by writting in paper or can be a computer without Internet, while writing using their own hands should be more important than having a computer for that purpose one. Inside, you cannot rest, outside you can. When you can rest you can pay attention to yourself or to something else without an external imposition of what you can chose to do with your Time. Public Prisons institutions should have a system where real professional jobs outside the prison, ask employees to understand what kind of skills persons inside prisons need to develop to be able to get integrated in society in a easy way, while that "link" between Companies and the Justice institution, give to the Justice and Education institutions more control of that person that is "Free" (already integrated in society), with company reports about his/her activity, since the base is and should be always: fixing and improving society (inside or outside Prisons).
The Rational skill that only Humans have, should be Above the Emotional Skill that all Living beings with heart have. Emotions should only point to the way, while rationality is the skill that is needed to walk the way. Philosophy is the Way, since you need to think and rationalize what you are able to see to develop a new perspective, to question your own actions, to discuss about what is fair or unfair, to understand what is wrong in society, to be aware of what reality should be inside societies.
