Based on some Law Principles: The Philosophical and Moral Crime is to kill without the need to eat what we kill. Therefor: To Kill is a crime. Drugs can be natural and we have mushrooms, canabis and others that offer those substances that Industry try to Own and control(Pharmacy Business and so on that Dominate the Flow of Health, world wide). Naturally by logic, only those who understand and did experiment the mix of drugs(mainly pharmacy) can create new drugs. Naturally, a new drug can create new experiences to those who try it, while who did, made it by his/her own will, without being forced to use it, but by Free Will of Choice. (so natural that Education ignore it).
Anyway, Since governments and Police forces already own and control Drugs business, they need people to buy it to create that necessary function to the Police that always care to react without investigating deeper by thinking a little bit about what is obvious. To sell drugs in almost countreis in the world, is a crime, because Governments refuse to accept that people use drugs, while if they deny is because they already own it, outside the legal flow of societies. You see, is logic that any goverment wish to control everything, but this days with guns and a police force full of guns with education focus on violent and agressive solutions, drugs being illegal is a "necessary condition" to create that flow where police have something to do, if not only (watch and monitor) reality and giving useful information to the citizens. But this days citizens don't see Police informative, but something to prevent to deal with.
I follow the very basic principles of Ethics and Morality. Who ever Kill someone or some living being, without the need to eat it, it is doing a crime. So we have the Army that by history already demonstrate it's ability to kill inocent people without mercy (for no reason at all and without the need to eat it), the Police are almost like the army but probably less violent, and in the lower level, we have society trying to be everything that the Army and Police, don't care to be, by being the example of being what they aim to see in reality of how each should behave. I don't know why, but the Governments could stop being criminal just to maintain police and army subjects, active and useful, while at this moment of Time, there is nothing we can do against "World Domination" wars. Sadly true. Anyway, drugs should not represent something illegal, because the issue of illegality should be a crime, which is to use a drug in someone without his/her will/desire, while education(sharing information that is real about the content and effects) is useful to guide a conscience choice. When drug dealers use guns to kill anyone, they are commiting a crime, when the police or the army do the same, they are being the same.
You cannot Win the Storm without becoming the Storm
So the Question is: Do you need to fight the storm that you create ?

The same happen with Alcool, but it looks like "Spiritual Drinks" is acceptable (this day) before that time where Alcool was illegal and the same Moral problem exist inside many Governments. With all the knowledge that Medicine, Pharmacy and Psychology develop, all problems associated to Drugs, should be easly managed, but since disciplines are like Political parties (sometimes), they refuse to mix what they already know and improve what they are, like the Army or the Police.
