Based on the concept of How Justice become necessary to exist, we need to think about the Condition that ask to have an Instrument of utility. Sadly this days, Educational systems don't educate in the sense of pointing and preparing people(children) to know how to behave, in the different aspects of social activities and doesn't give them the knowledge to know how to use the interpret the Laws that limit their own freedom, but give them information about what is around(nature, animal, space, planets, stars), and what was all kind of disciplines of knowledge developed by human kind(philosophy, sports, history, architecture, languages, math, physics, etc).
But since the term Education comes from the act of guiding choices and sharing knowledge that are useful, without changing the actual Educational system I would suggest to all countries in the world who have a Education System(with Schools and Teachers), to add the Justice Discipline that should be included as mandatory through all years of their lifes of studing.
Some "masters"/"trainers" try to educate the self discipline of their students when doing sports that focus hiting someone else. In the sense of "Prevention" it is a Awesome approach, but the Educational system ignore this "Natural" fact which is part of everything they need to deal with, by ignoring to prepare people to behave in a better way, both students and teachers.
A Critical mindset is always needed, since we(Humans) have the ability to Think(in a rational perspective), the Emotional content should exist only in form of Art, which Art always did, trying to escape from the "gates" of rationality and reality, even if in the technical perspective, Art is made with a rational base Flow pointing to new ways to deal with our ability to Dream .
