To treat problems without the will to destroy them, you need to be able to understand them and manipilate them, based on the knowledge you have from the subject in cause. A simple star drawn in the floor can create science if you understand the symbolic relationship between you are the universe, projected in that star as a comparative object to create a possible "abstractions" link, that create what you can imagine or feel, in case you understand the language that was used here.
You can do the same with you, without using any external symbol to create the same system. But you need to feel it as something you desire to find, while that desire needs to be genuine, or else, can create corruption on that system, that can work without that genuine emotion from a single human that wish to find an answer.
